Breath taking views, privacy, your own forest of avocado trees, and completely remodeled and updated while maintaining the original charm.
My wife and I (Jodi and Simon) are not a vacation rental company or vacation rental managers. We own, love, and maintain this very special property and avocado farm. We just remodeled it and we want you to enjoy your special moments at our Penthouse Cottage.
Our Cottage is nestled on a quiet and scenic mountain ridge road, grate for walking. Down the road is the popular Monserate Winery. The nearest restaurants and grocery store are less than 3 - 5 miles away. Ocean, beaches and Camp Pendleton main gate are only 18 miles away, the newly opened Monserate Winery is only a 10 minute walk away, Temecula Wineries are only 14 miles away, the San Diego Wild Animal Park is 30 miles away, LEGOLand is 32 miles away, the San Diego Zoo is 51 miles away, San Diego Airport, Downtown San Diego (Gaslamp Quarter, Old Town, Little Italy, San Diego Harbor) are 52 miles away.
