Golden Age Hollywood Hills Spanish Colonial home perfectly located and walkable to Universal Studios. Full of character, an authentic Hollywood experience. One of the first homes built in the Hollywood Hills with all its original charm. The house feature two bedrooms and one bathroom with a large open concept kitchen, dining and living room. The large backyard provides for two seating areas; one with a view of hill and one a large dining area.
This is the perfect central location to experience Los Angeles with many convenient destinations close by. Universal Studios and City Walk is a 10 min walk and from the Universal City Metro Station you can easily access Hollywood, Downtown, Pasadena, Santa Monica and Culver City. It's a longer hike (40 min) to the north entrance of Runyon Canyon - LA's famous hiking hotspot where you can frequently spot celebrities. Lake Hollywood, the Hollywood Sign, Griffith Observatory and Griffith Park are also easily accessible by car (10-15min).
