Perfect location in Gulf Breeze between 2 beaches(Pensacola Beach and Navarre beach) next to Plaza with grocery Winn-Dixie, clothes Bealls,CVS. Modernity renovated 3 bed/2 bath,open floor plan,kitchen with breakfast bar and pantry,dining area with sliding doors leading to the large covered patio and swimming pool .Our features include attached storage / laundry room.Tankless water heater allow you to use non stop hot water.There are smart big screen TV in the dining room and 2 bedrooms.

Neighbourhood information

The most important aspect of the neighborhood is its safety and peaceful .People are very friendly and nice. That neighborhood will allow you to have the perfect vacation. 1 min from the HWY. There are a lot of parking spaces in front of the house.
