    “The location can not be beat. It’s right next to the pool and activities and gym. Plus, the view. There was also beach chairs, an umbrella, a cooler, even a couple of boogie boards.”

* Penthouse enjoys the best location at the Kona Coast Resort, and is situated steps away from the Kona Coast Resort’s main pool, large jetted spa, restaurant, exercise facility, check-in office, and concierge activities desk. *Penthouse consists of TWO one-bedroom condominiums, 22B-201 & 22B-202. *Unit 22B-201 is a 909 sf one-bedroom condominium, and Unit 22B-202 is a 539 sf one-bedroom condominium. Both units access the 900 sf covered lanai. Each unit has one bedroom, one bathroom, kitchen/dining area, living room with sofa bed, a washer/dryer, central air conditioning, and lots of closet/storage space. * The two units are each completely autonomous fully functioning one-bedroom condominiums. The Penthouse is being rented as a single 2-bedroom, 2-bath accommodation. * The two units share an entrance vestibule, an interior common wall, and approximately 900 sf of covered lanai. The lanai can be easily separated for privacy when desired. Each unit has a separate entrance door from the common main door. * Penthouse enjoys 2 dedicated parking spots.
