Welcome to Bear Cottage! You are just a few steps to beautiful Paugus Bay Lake Winnipesaukee. You have full access to 350' of the private shared beach, a sun deck and a floating dock. Sit back and relax. Enjoy everything the lakes region has to offer. Walking distance to weirs beach. A short drive to beautiful downtown Meredith, Gunstock and Bank of NH Pavilion. Bring your floats and water toys and have some fun! Please note: We are Pet free and smoke free. The association does NOT allow RV's/campers or trailers. We are a privately owned cottage in an owner-occupied association. 2 designated parking spots assigned to this cottage. 9.1 & 9.2.

Iconic weirs beach is just a short walk down the road. On your way you'll see lots of restaurants, bumper boats, batting cages, mini golf, the arcades, the drive in, boardwalk, shopping, bumper cars, the scenic railroad, Mount Washington cruise tours and much much more! Funspot, the largest arcade in New England is in Laconia as well. Many ice cream shops nearby. So much fun for the whole family! Meredith Center has many gift shops and restaurants, Town Docks is a favorite of ours. Short drive to Gilford will bring you to Gunstock mountain for more activities and the Bank of NH pavilion. Tanger outlets located in Tilton only 25 minutes away. Many, many more activities around the corner.
