This exquisite home features indoor and outdoor fireplaces, a game area with foosball and arcade, plus a 6-seater golf cart for exploring. Just minutes away, enjoy a pool and the convenience of Twin Creeks Marina's amenities, including a restaurant, boat rentals, snacks, and gas. Your ultimate vacation experience awaits! You about a 3-4 min golf cart ride to the marina where you can rent a boat or sit down by the water and have food/drinks at Drafts and Watercrafts Bar and Grill Dry Creek Beach is located at the entrance of Twin Creeks Marina and is available Memorial Day-Labor Day. The pool is only available Memorial Day-Labor Day No parking on the street. Area behind the home is neighborhood boat parking so there may be someone occasionally parking or pulling their boat out. Guests are not allowed to park their boat in this area. The home can fit two vehicles in the driveway, and one in the garage.
