Welcome to J and L Beach Ventures. Joe and Lisa, owner and operators of this family business. Joe is originally from AL and Lisa from PA. We Love In 2020 we bought our 1st beach house. We love the beach, listening to live bands, playing games with family and friends and eating out at all the great restaurants along the Grand Strand of beautiful North Myrtle Beach SC. All our 7 units are 2 blocks to 5 blocks from beach, ALL within walking distance. We love people staying at the beach houses and enjoying the paradise we call home. Our units are private however when you want beach life or socializing all are only minutes away. Joe or Lisa is easily available with anything you may need, it is our goal to assure your vacation is amazing and to have you back year after year. Thank you in advance for staying with us. Joe and Lisa Beaty We are local and her usually stop by to say hello and meet our guests at some point during your vacation. We are available via text between 8am and 10pm.
