The space is great for entertaining, has an open floor plan with vaulted wood ceilings in most of the home. The home has up to date safety features with tamper resistant outlets (including gfci's where required) throughout home and hard wired carbon monoxide/smoke detectors in living room, bedroom and media room. The home is very well insulated, has an Empire gas heater making the home super comfy during those colder winter months. There are a multitude of lighting options to set the mood. Internet speed at home is 72Mbps. Enjoy Netflix, Youtube and Pluto TV, wifi password available for guests. The remodeled home is fun and relaxing, we would love to have you as guests. Property is located at the intersection of Highway 518/Highway 68 the locals call the Y due to its shape. Highway 68 also known as Paseo Del Pueblo Sur is the main road traveled in and out of Taos. The immediate neighborhood along Paseo Del Pueblo Sur consists of a full variety of Comc'l uses including retail buildings, sit down restaurants, hotel/motels, rv parks and gas stations as well as older single family residences. Restaurants located in immediate neighborhood include Trading Post Café (Italian Restaurant), Ranchos Plaza Grill (New Mexican Restaurant), Old Martina's Restaurant and La Cocina. San Francisco de Asis Church, built in the late 1700's is located just south of the property. Taos ski valley, Angel Fire and Sipapu ski areas all located within 30 minute drive. Center of Taos located within 5 minute drive north of the property.
