Street parking is prohibited year-round. 3. The Palisades Subdivision is brand new. Neighboring parcels may be under construction. Some noise/nuisance is anticipated. 4. The use of any outdoor firepit or outdoor fireplaces is strictly prohibited at all our rental properties.
