Tranquility and excitement await in this brand-new lakefront townhome, with stunning panoramic views of serene Lake Kalamazoo on all three levels. The home features four bedrooms (a king, two queens, and four twin XL's), three full baths, three parking spots and street parking, a washer & dryer, a fully stocked kitchen, and more. It is near downtown Saugatuck and Douglas. Private decks span out from every floor. The home also has on-site kayaks, bikes, games, a ping-pong table, and a grill.
