Located on a wooded lot, just a couple miles from all the fun and excitement of the Sunriver Homeowners Aquatic & Recreation Center, this warm and inviting home invites you to the foothills of the Cascade Mountains! This four-bedroom, family-friendly retreat boasts vaulted, exposed beam ceilings, sunlit open spaces, and high-end amenities to ensure the utmost comfort for you and your guests. Take advantage of the well-equipped, full kitchen complete with stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar, and then meet up for meals at the dining table with seating for eight, or head out back, fire up the gas grill, and dine alfresco on the patio with partial views of Mt. Bachelor. Back inside, wrap up your days gathered in the sunken living area where you can switch on the gas fireplace, settle into the leather sofa, and stream your favorite channels. Guests of the main bedroom will be treated to a cozy gas fireplace all their own. Additional features and amenities at this home include a private outdoor hot tub, a washer/dryer, central air-conditioning, and five adult bicycles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
