We are an interesting family that warmly welcomes others from all backgrounds. We speak Vietnamese, French, Khmer and English. And as you can tell, we are avid world travelers. You can contact us via email and we will quickly respond. We also have a couple who lives downstairs who can help you in case of emergency.

Welcome to your ritzy residence that is close to fancy restaurants, movie theaters, shopping, corporate offices and hospital. Also perfect for executives and workers at nearby offices.

Everything is within five minutes of your new place! You want the Chessecake Factory? You got it! You want Vietnamese cuisine? You got it! You want Brazilian steakhouse? No problem? Sushi, French, Italian, hamburger, Applebee's and other eateries are within a mile or two. Cinemark USA movie theaters, Frank Santana park, Barnes & Noble Bookstore and Starbucks are within easy walking distances.
