This condo is located in a 10 acres resort, you will have many amenities like heated pool, Infinity pool, Spa, Gym, Theater, Jacuzzi, Relaxation areas, outdoors Beds, redwood sauna, steam room, 5 pools, cranberry juice, fruit salads, coffee, tea, VIP access to Wispher Club, concierge 24 hours. It is also a program throughout the day starts at 6:45 am till 9:45Pm and every two hours it's something new to do like Surfing classes, Yoga Classes, spinning, Zumba, body sculpting, Theater etc etc,etc,,,,The condo is brand new with top of the line European furniture, and glass floors, You will not need any public transportation. You will be able to do all the sights on foot, your condo is located in the best area of the city with Ocean and city views. we have three restaurants ( Ciprianis Italian food, Cantina La Veinte Mexican food and Lounge, and Eos Spain food) and one Caffe at the facilities There is over 30 restaurants and 20 night clubs with in 10 minutes walk. Miami Arena, Bayside, Brickell Village, City Center within 5 minutes walk. Opera House, Adrian Performing Arts, Science and Art Museum between 10 minutes walk, The Beach, biking trails, Golf field with in 10 minutes drive
The condo is strategy located at the end of Miami river who divides Brickell from Downtown, best location in Miami, with city and Ocean views is a corner unit. Brickell is a Bank industry area with fines restaurants, over 30 restaurants and Night clubs to discover, 5 minutes walk south to the New City Center, Merrick Brickell Village shops, and Brickell Key Island. to the North Art Museums, Miami Arena, Bayside, Opera House, Adrian Center performing arts, Downtown, port of Miami, boat tours and some Landmarks,,,
