This spacious Italianate style townhouse built in 1870 is nestled in the heart of downtown Madison just 2 blocks from the river. The house has been beautifully furnished with ample amenities for optimal guest comfort & convenience and with decor that gives a nod to the rich train history of the city. The home adjoins Madison Manor II which can be booked separately. The shared patio includes a hot tub, fire pit, and grill.
For years, I dreamed of having a traditional BNB and perfecting my cinnamon roll recipe. Turns out, I love hosting on Airbnb! In Bloom Rentals hosts sparkling clean, comfortable properties in Btown and Madison, IN historic districts. My hubby and I have 3 children--one with Down syndrome. This business model allows me to care for her and do what I love. If I let her pick the tunes, she is a great helper. In Bloom Rentals is my dream come true! My co-host lives in Madison. If there is anything you need, please notify me through the app first, then by text if needed, and we will do our best to address your concerns as promptly as possible.
Street parking is free throughout the city of Madison. The city is increasingly becoming a golf-cart community, so it might be fun to rent one to get around! Your host's preferred method of transportation is on foot, as Madison is the most walkable city in Indiana. With the Riverwalk and the charming historic downtown just blocks away, there's so much to see and do!
