Its 3 miles from airport, 5 miles to Wynwood and Brickell, .5 miles walking to metro rail station, 8 miles to south beach. Its a good sized property with a 24’x12’ clean warm pool. 20 tropical fruit trees which produce fresh fruit daily.
I like sharing the beauty of Miami with other people. I have 3 beautiful friendly dogs.
Theres a brand new multi million dollar climbing wall down the street. Its an up and coming neighborhood thats extremely convenient to everywhere you want to go in Miami.
