Two large patios with two fire pits and one small conversation patio. Garage space. Modern high end appliances in the kitchen. Spacious master suite with sofa bed, separate work space and a luxury smart home shower and walk in closet. This is a quite home nestled in the woods but minutes from downtown and all the major attractions. NOTE: there is a separate apt above the garage that is rented. The space has its own entrance and does not share any living spaces or walls with this house.
