The Modern Tropic is the perfect modern getaway for you to spend your days enjoying the South Florida sun, beaches, and culture. Located less than ten blocks from the inter-coastal, it is the ocean-lovers dream as Lake Worth Beach sits just about a mile away. For those who love fine-dining or perhaps some late night fun, Tropic'd Edge is the ideal spot with historic Lake Ave just five blocks down. Grab a drink, enjoy an incredible meal, and spend your time in the sun with us.

Our Space is located in charming historic Lake Worth. You could not ask for a better location, just 4 blocks down from Lake Ave. World class dining and incredible bars sit just a two minute walk away. Located less than a mile from the beach, and just a few blocks from inter-coastal, our space is the perfect blend of luxury and location. Enjoy the water in just minutes! We have full on-site parking available. The tri-rail is located just 5 minutes away (this line goes from West Palm to Miami for quite in-expensive). We also recommend uber.
