Beautiful recently constructed manufactured 3-bedroom 2-bath fully furnished home in Monte Vista Village Resort, Mesa, AZ. Gated age restricted 55+ community with 24-hour security. Large living room with 65" smart TV, ceiling fan, and fireplace console. Master bedroom has King bed, 55" smart TV, ceiling fan, walk-in closet, and en suite bathroom with walk-in shower. Bedroom 2 has queen bed with 32" smart TV. Bedroom 3 has queen bed and no TV. Bedrooms 2 & 3 share guest bathroom which includes tub/shower. Large kitchen is fully equipped with basic cookware, utensils, dinnerware/silverware service for 8, coffee pot, and toaster. In-unit full sized washer and dryer, linens and towels, and beach towels. Includes high-speed Fiber internet with WiFi and all utilities. Parking for two full size vehicles in carport; additional parking available nearby. Extended front porch and rear patio with railings and outdoor furniture. Front & rear entrances are wheelchair accessible. Numerous amenities including 4 swimming pools, activity center, pickleball courts, tennis courts, fitness center, softball, shuffleboard, billiards, and more.
