Guest access Contact less check-in! Eliminates the hassle of picking up a key. Keys can be duplicated. The unique code is provided to you only and erased after every stay. Other things to note Includes a private entrance. Includes a queen-sized bed with a 5* Hotel quality mattress and linen and extra linen for the couch. Ample parking is available. In-unit Laundry. Stocked refrigerator and all cooking utensils and spices are provided to cook food at home and save money. Come and try. There is a strict no-smoking policy. Any smoking and that includes marijuana. We will impose an extra cleaning fee of two hundred dollars, to professionally deodorize and clean all upholstery including beds, rugs, chairs, sofa. Two hundred prepaid Refundable deposit will be collected on check in. No Pet policy. There is a park/playground within walking distance. There is a strict no-smoking policy. Any smoking and that includes marijuana. We will impose an extra cleaning fee of two hundred dollars, to professionally deodorize and clean all upholstery including beds, rugs, chairs, sofa.
