Let nature surround you at this unique & family-friendly hillside apartment. Nestled in the Santa Monica mountain range this property provides privacy with the numerous oak trees and a private exterior entrance. Close to schools, parks, shopping, hiking trails, coastal beach access, and minutes from popular and trendy Westlake Village hotels, wedding venues and more. Newly renovated in late 2022. Backyard has a sparkling pool/spa, enchanting lookout deck, and patio.

Westlake hills is a secluded area in the hillside of westlake village. Your are less then 5 min from town, 2 min from the 101 freeway but once you drive up the driveway you are in a different world surrounded by nature and beautiful skyline views! Westlake Village is part of Thousand Oaks. We have few neighbors in our hillside community. Great views!
