***New This Season*** Super Relaxing...Nice and Knotty Cabin newly remodeled home is a perfect home base for your family to explore the beauty of southern Utah.  Ride your ATV from this home and access nearby trail systems or fish the Sevier River stocked with rainbow, brown, and cutthroat trout. Tropic Reservoir, another local fishing secret is located a short scenic 20 miles accessed by ATV through Proctor Canyon. In addition Panguitch Lake is 30 minutes accessible by ATV or vehicle. *There is not a connected bathroom at this studio cabin.  The bathroom in the adjacent building. We want you to have a comfortable and enjoyable stay, so please take a moment to review our house rules: 1. Check-in and Check-out: Check-in time is 4:00 pm, and check-out time is 10:00 am. Please adhere to these times to allow for proper cleaning and preparation for the next guests. 2. No Smoking: Smoking is not permitted inside or on the property. 3. Pets: Pets are not allowed unless prior arrangements have been made and additional fees have been paid. 4. Quiet Hours: Please respect our neighbors and observe quiet hours from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am. Excessive noise that disturbs the peace will not be tolerated. 5. Maximum Occupancy: There is a maximum number of guests allowed at each property, see property details for the maximum allowed at your specific rental . Additional guests must be approved in advance and may be subject to extra charges. 6. Parking: Please park only in designated areas and avoid blocking driveways or access points. 7.
