This home features a private locking room and a private bathroom and a house manager who lives upstairs. The home is blocks from the city's waterfront and the majestic, wooded, Point Defiance Park, one of the largest urban parks in the country. You’re walking distance to the new Point Ruston Center offering panoramic views of Commencement Bay, Mt. Rainier, and the Olympic Mountains. With a five-star Silver Cloud hotel, dining options, boutique shops, movie theatre, a connecting trail to Point Defiance Park, and over 50 acres of open public space throughout, there is something for everyone.
I own a number of rental properties in the area. Hosting has been a great experience and I take a lot of pride in making sure my guests have a great stay.
The North End Neighborhood is one of the most sought-after areas in Tacoma. You will be just blocks from the city's waterfront and all its main attractions.
