Welcome to your modern beach home in the heart of Del Mar. Just two blocks from the town square (L'Auberge Del Mar & Monarch) and a few minute walk to one of the nicest beaches in Southern California. This is a luxurious three bedroom three and half bathroom home laid out over three floors with an indoor/outdoor living and dinning room. Also included are two RAD electric bikes, surfboards, Jacuzzi, and beach wagon with all the necessities for a perfect beach day.
