Location. Location. Location. Private beach and heated outdoor pool. Pool is open 10 am to 7 pm in the months of July and August. The private condo beach is also steps from Kalmus Beach. Each bedroom has it's own level and bathroom for increased privacy even as you travel with family. A beautiful kitchen with full-sized appliances, two decks with nice views and outdoor dining space plus a large, stylish living area. All of the technology necessary needed for a comfortable stay including dishwasher/washer-dryer, high speed WIFI, cable tv, office space and so much more. A couple of minutes off of downtown Main Street Hyannis shopping and food. Nearby you'll find the Ferry to the islands, Cape Cod League Baseball, deep sea fishing, goofy golfing and many fun activities. Pet friendly option, please reach out with details of traveling companion. Fun facts: The condo is a short distance from the Kennedy compound. Taylor Swift recently sold her property at a nearby location. Taylor Swift or Kennedy sightings NOT guaranteed! :)
We started our journey to Cape Cod 20+ years ago visiting family in New England. We fell in love with the people and the places and finally have an opportunity to spend more time here as a family. When we are back in Iowa we are able to offer our condo to anyone who wants to experience that excitement and beauty of Hyannis/Barnstable and all of Cape Cod. We have an excellent cleaning crew and resources to make your stay convenient and friendly! We live in Iowa and dream on the Cape!
Kalmus Beach is steps away with on-season showers, restrooms, concessions and more. Kennedy Memorial Park is adjacent to the property to the north. Ferry to Nantucket and Martha's Vineyard a couple blocks down Ocean Street next to excellent dine/drink options. Amazing shopping, restaurants and pubs a couple minutes away on Main Street Hyannis. All of it within very reasonable walking distance from the condo or a very short drive. Ideal location for Cape adventures.
