Newly renovated in 2023 - this tastefully decorated, charming, 980-square-foot condo sits mere steps from the ocean beach and fabulous shopping and dining in downtown Isle of Palms! Enjoy a private balcony overlooking the swimming pool, and soak up the sunshine. Access a private fishing pier next door. This condo is in Isle of Palm’s prime location, across from the ocean and near many local restaurants! This condo has a full, well-equipped kitchen with quartz countertops and stainless-steel appliances, while the spacious living room and bedrooms come with 55-inch smart TVs with cable. This condo is just a few steps from the Seven-Mile Front Beach and only blocks from groceries and other specialty stores. The Isle of Palms Marina is only slightly over two miles east, while downtown Charleston - with its world-class restaurants and rich culture and history - is just 14 miles west. The Isle of Palms County Park is also right across the road, offering a playground, umbrella rentals, grills, and a sand volleyball court. THINGS TO KNOW The shared laundry facilities are across the street. There is no elevator in the building.
