**Disclosure** Pool construction to commence June 2025 so there will be construction outside the unit on some days. Disruptions will be kept to a minimum but some noise or activity may occur during your stay. As a thank you for your understanding, guests who book during this time will receive a special discount for a future stay to enjoy the pool once it’s finished. We look forward to welcoming you back! PLEASE NOTE: ITEMS SUCH AS BIKES & BEACH GEARS WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE UNTIL NOVEMBER 2025. My property in West Palm Beach is comprised of my home with three cozy, functional suites in the back. I take pride in the cleanliness and comfort of my property and ask that all guests be kind and respectful of one another and the space. I have been a patron of Airbnb since day 1, as I traveled quite extensively in my youth. My explorations have brought me to all 50 states and abroad. I am proud and excited to now offer a cozy, affordable space for travelers :)
This is an older, modest neighborhood which you will notice upon your arrival, but we have absolutely no issues with crime here. It is a family neighborhood and everyone is respectful of one another. We are only a mile from the intracoastal and less than 10 minutes to the airport, downtown, and the beautiful beaches of Palm Beach County.
