Bathroom modern fixtures and heated floors. 1-2 blocks to quaint shops, local eateries & hiking trails! Home located above rarely used garage, no shared walls. Lots of street parking & bike parking available.

The home is located in Downtown Issaquah, overnight parking allowed.
