3 golf courses on the street, closest golf course is right in front of the house called Pinebrook Ironwood Golf Club. GT Bray Park is one of the nicest parks around with pickle ball, tennis courts, soccer fields, baseball fields, basketball court, skate park, grill area, dog parks for small and large dogs and beautiful trails. Plenty of parks and preserves around. Robinson Preserve is an awesome place for site seeing, bike riding and other outdoor activities. Everything you need is within 2 min. Billiards, Movie theater, mini golf, trampoline park, bowling all on Cortez rd within 5min. Beaches within 10min. Can easily get around the neighborhood with Uber, Lyft, taking the bicycles, City bus, the Monkey bus that travels to and from the island and a free city bus that travels up and down the island. Plenty of parking in and around the house. 2 driveways and a parking pad on the side for boat, RV, trucks or trailer parking. Free parking at all Beaches on the Island.
