Great value in Pomona! Lower rates and cleaning fees than similar homes, this updated 4-bed, 3-bath house offers comfort and convenience, minutes from Highway 10. Two bedrooms have en-suites, all rooms have smart TVs. Fully equipped kitchen and cozy shared spaces. Relax in the backyard with a heated hot tub and sauna. 📍 Nearby: • 10 mins to Walmart, Costco, Target • 6 mins to Fairplex • 14 mins to Ontario Airport • 30 mins to Disneyland, 37 mins to Universal Studios This 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom home is designed for comfort and convenience. Two bedrooms have private en-suite bathrooms, while the other two share a third bathroom. Beds: 1 King, 2 Queens, 1 Full, 1 Sofa bed and 1 Inflatable Air Mattress (stored in the primary bedroom closet) Smart TVs in every bedroom Living room: Cozy sofa, dining table, smart TV, and a fireplace (for display only) Kitchen: Fully equipped with cookware, utensils, stove, oven, fridge, and more Laundry: Washer and dryer located in the backyard laundry room Backyard: Enjoy a heated Jacuzzi hot tub and private sauna (available daily from 6:00 PM – 12:00 AM for an additional fee of per use; please notify us at least 2 hours in advance.
