Originally built in 1915 as the Blanchard Hardware Store and later home to Charlevoix's Kroger Grocery Store from the 1930s to the 1970s, the Kroger Lofts have undergone meticulous restoration. The Kroger Lofts comprises three stunning lofts for rent!
Right in the heart of Downtown Charlevoix, Michigan. Stroll to the beach, the marina, or explore local shops and restaurants just steps away. Enjoy the nearby wineries, golf courses, and a host of activities for spring, summer, and fall. Also in the winter months, stay at The Kroger Lofts for a central location to all of Northern Michigan’s top ski destinations.
