private home 10 minutes to downtown Princeton NJ + 45 minutes from NYC the two-story home is completely renovated with many modern finishes, a neutral color palette + luxe textures the backyard includes a private raised stone patio with teak seating, surrounded by mature trees, flowers + lush greenery. Large stone fire pit + 1/2 acre of open grassy backyard enclosed by cedar wood fencing. WEBER bbq gas grill.
I am not available on-site but any issues, will have caretakers to provide help ASAP etc.
close to both Princeton University + Rutgers University college campus towns 45 minutes from downtown NYC, 35 minutes from NJ beaches, 1.5 hours from Philadelphia, 3 hours from DC the local area is full of farms like Griggstown Farms, Terhune Orchards + Brick Farms where you can pick up high-quality organic meats + produce 2 miles down the road is direct access to a 77-mile nature preserve, the D&R Canal State Park with trail walking, running, biking, kayaking, and canoeing the home is located in a very quiet small neighborhood close to NJ TRANSIT within 1 mile walking distance 10 min UBER to NJTRANSIT train station northeast corridor line : Princeton Junction or Jersey Avenue train stations
