We are so excited to share our sacred space with you. We are both classically-trained musicians & artists. We are passionate about nature, cooking, & community. We've developed Casa de la Tierra to be a healing space for all who enter. We are blessed to be the keepers of this land, and honor those who have stewarded it for thousands of years before us: the Chumash, the Tongva, the Tataviam, The Gabrielino, & other native peoples.

Property info

A private, romantic retreat nestled in ancient canyon boulders. Soak in outdoor hot tubs, sway in hammocks, and sleep beneath tree canopies beside a flowing waterfall. This unique, historic home was built around a boulder that forms the walls of several rooms. With stunning canyon views, and 1/2 an acre of nature all around, it’s the perfect hideaway to relax, reconnect, or explore. A great location for proposals and honeymoons. Ask about local hikes, romantic add-ons, and celebration packages!

Neighborhood info

This is a mostly quiet residential neighborhood, with horse ranches nearby. There tends to be a morning and afternoon rush hour between 7:30-8:30 Monday through Friday with the occasional biker on the weekends. Everyone is friendly but please do not wander and trespass onto other people’s property. The front driveway can fit up to 4 cars. There is no room for street parking on the tight canyon road.
