Shared bathroom and kitchen. Something for everyone budget. There is a studio that has its own private bathroom. If your unsure about what room your renting reachout to me first before booking.Some roomes are in the basement. the budget room have air condiotioning, only a fan I try to put that on the website thats why its cheaper in price. For those that stay 30 days or more you understand that you forfeit any and all squatter rights and must vacate at the end the of your stay also that you are trespassing so the police will be called.
