A quiet and peaceful cottage located steps from the Little Spokane River. Surrounded by green space, 100 y.o trees, and abundant wildlife this property is conveniently located in North Spokane only minutes from stores, restaurants, & entertainment. New waterfront deck (2023), with propane fire pit, river side trail, and water access. Luxurious Casper mattress, high quality linens, & comfy couches are sure to make your downtime relaxing and restful. In unit Washer/Dryer, front deck, propane BBQ. Clean, comfortable, and larger than expected, our guests rave about the comfortable couches, the amazing bed, and the serenity of the Little Spokane River. Enjoy morning coffee or afternoon shade on the new River Front Deck, with a propane fire pit included.
Been hosting properties for over 2 year and have come to really enjoy hospitality and sharing our spot on the Little Spokane River. I do live on site and if needed am available for help or support.
Property is located on a private river (1 of 3 in the country) that is waist to chest deep and flows at a moderate pace. Fishing is permitted with a valid fishing license. Swimming is permitted but please speak with owner prior to your first dip in! Space is designed for 2 but can easily accommodate 4 guests. 1 queen bed, and 1 air bed.
