Cute little one bed room located in the heart of East Durham in a quiet neighborhood. The unit is newly renovated, brand new granite kitchen counter tops, new tiled bath room, refinished original hard wood floors, new furniture, comfortable memory foam mattress. This space is the right side (B) of a duplex. Both sides are rented on Airbnb

This home is one side of a duplex. We own both sides and both are rented strictly on Airbnb. The home is located in East Durham, close to downtown and gentrifying. Durham is a diverse and ever changing city. If this is your first time to Durham, please be aware that you will see people of all walks of life. There are many renovated homes nearby and you will find most local residents to be friendly. Please be courteous and respectful to all neighbors.
