This tidy, stylish time-capsule home has 3 bedrooms, 1 1.5 baths, and a bunk room. Private trail leading to your own sandy beach on Lake Michigan. Ample parking. Large backyard with a trampoline and an octoball court. Weber propane grill on one of two full concrete patios. Hot and cold outdoor shower for after-beach clean-up. 4 Roku TVs and WiFi. Washer and dryer. Front row sunset views! 6 minutes away from downtown St. Joe, one of Michigan's featured beach towns.
Feel free to call or text the owner at any time! We live about half an hour away; if anything goes wrong we are here to help.
