The fine print
We required a deposit for all rooms. $100 in cash or by credit or debit card. ($200 deposit for suites). If using a credit or debit card guests must show matching ID to name on the credit or debit card. The credit card will be authorized for the deposit amount. The authorized amount of the deposit will be held for the duration of the stay.
The pending authorization will then fall off within 72 hours of checkout if the guests do not damage the room. Smoking in any room will result in forfeiture of entire deposit upon checkout.
Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
A damage deposit of $100 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full, in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.
