Stay in the center of the action in this one-of-a-kind place. Enjoy easy access to popular shops and restaurants from this charming place nestled in the French Quarter and surrounded by three of New Orleans' most famous streets Bourbon St, Royal St, and Esplanade Ave! The Royal Barracks Guest House is a historic and eccentric six-room guesthouse (think B&B without the breakfast!). Rooms are accessed through exterior corridors for maximum safety and privacy. The guest house features an amazing courtyard dedicated exclusively for our guests, a very popular place to hang out and sip coffee or a cocktail. Be shaded by mature Magnolia trees in our lush courtyard, listen to jazz, and swap stories with other guests.

The house is located in the city’s historic heart, famous for its vibrant nightlife and colorful buildings with cast-iron balconies. Crowd-pleasing Bourbon Street features jazz clubs, Cajun eateries, and raucous bars serving potent cocktails. Quieter streets lead to the French Market, with gourmet food and local crafts, and to Jackson Square where street performers entertain in front of soaring St. Louis Cathedral.
