This Cape Coral home is luxury defined and the perfect place for groups of two to three families to create everlasting memories. The private neighborhood lake behind the property is a serene estuary for birds and wildlife (no boat access and no alligators). The large enclosed lanai overlooks Sand Lake and provides the ultimate relaxation spot - it's complete with two outdoor dining areas, an in-ground heated pool with a small pool fountain, and plenty of loungers, plus a gas grill for dining alfresco. Inside, the home’s open layout allows for lake views from the light-flooded living room. This space boasts endless comfort with three cushy sofas and a large smart TV with streaming services. When mealtime comes around, the fully-equipped kitchen will have your back. The chef of the group will find all major appliances and everything needed to whip up delicious treats and full-course meals for the group. The formal dining room will be ideal for family meals. If you ever need more space, there is an additional dining table off the kitchen plus the breakfast bar. The bedrooms are also quite spacious and perfect for a good night's sleep. The private main suite boasts a French door to the pool and an en suite bathroom with a large jetted tub and bayed windows. Two additional oversized bedrooms and a pool bath complete the main floor. The second story offers the secluded second main bedroom with a balcony overlooking the pond, a smart TV, a comfortable sofa, and an en suite bathroom. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 PM. Check-out time: 10:00 AM. All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
