Escape the hassles of everyday life and enjoy a true beach vacation at this four-story five-bedroom, four-bath townhome with great views from every angle! Featuring an elevator, this resort retreat is professionally-decorated with contemporary beach furnishings and all the comforts of home. With an open floor plan that is great for entertaining and a large well-equipped kitchen with top-of-the-line appliances, this home makes for an ideal vacation rental. Accessibile-friendly features: The fourth-floor bathroom features a grab bar and a comfort-height commode (two inches taller than standard). Central air conditioning, washer, dryer, and more. Five TVs, DVD, elevator, gas fireplace, WiFi. Parking is available for up to three cars. The second level has three bedrooms. One bedroom with a king bed and an attached bathroom, a second bedroom with a queen bed and an attached bath, and a third bedroom with two twin beds (no attached bath). The fourth level has a bedroom with a king bed and an attached bath and another bedroom with a daybed with a trundle (two singles - no attached bath). Community amenities: Pier, outdoor pool, hiking paths, and picnic area. Beach access is available via a pathway on the east side of Coastal Highway. A 150 dollars resort fee is required from May 15 to September 15. *Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking.
