Enjoy Santa Barbara and surrounding areas and end your day relaxing and unwinding in this clean, cozy, serene and comfortable guest apartment, with mountain views, private entrance and patio, BBQ, and free parking in property driveway. Property located in a private road and close to everything. Apartment is on a second floor on a separate building in the back of the property. Excellent location close to shopping malls, freeway, bike/walking paths, only 10 minute drive to downtown or UCSB.
We love traveling, meeting new people, cooking and dancing, and be of service to others.
Quiet & Safe. Close to Everything. Located between Santa Barbara and Goleta area. 2 blocks from Hope Ranch, and hiking and bike paths. 5 minutes walk to bus stop. 10 minute drive to UCSB, and 10 minute drive to downtown Santa Barbara. Half mile to 101 freeway and Hwy 154 entrance. 5 minutes walk to bus stop. 10 minute drive to UCSB, and 10 minute drive to downtown Santa Barbara.
