Private property with about 3300sf ft of space to enjoy indoors and 40 acres outdoors of land to walk on trails. Located 25 minutes from Cedar Lake, and 40 minutes from downtown Chicago. 5bd, 2.5 bath, LR, DR&KIT with breakfast bar island, family room, and playroom. Enjoy the backyard that has a fire pit, pool, and trails for waking. Perfect place to disconnect and relax all year round. The pool will be open from Memorial Day Weekend to Labor Day weekend.
