Active quiet neighborhood full of dog walkers, runners, and kids biking. Every now and then you'll see the neighborhood moose strolling by. About 3 blocks down the road towards Victor, there is a neighborhood open space with a bench and bluff views. Close to all of Anchorage, and a quick shot south for you're trips to the Peninsula.
