Charming 3,000 sq ft house built in the 80’s with some modern flair to it. There are 4 bedrooms and 5 beds are within. A great place to lay down your head and relax/enjoy company after a long day of travel/adventure.
I purchased this property in 2019 and fell absolutely in love with it. I’ve been slowing fixing it up/modernizing it and decided in 2025 that I’d like to share my space with others.
If I’m not working, you can generally find me out hiking the trails, running, or skiing in the winter. Alaska has been home since 2013 and haven’t turned back since arriving here.
Quiet peaceful neighborhood which is active with dog walkers, children biking, and runners. There is a bench down the road with a lovely front row view of the ocean and mountains.
