As part of our ongoing efforts to enhance your experience at Shores of Panama, we are undergoing a significant construction project from September 24, 2024, to March 1, 2025. We want to ensure you are fully informed about the construction phases and how they may impact your stay. Phase 1: Initial Construction Period • Dates: September 24, 2024, to November 25, 2024 • Affected Units: Balconies in units 2113, 1314, 1415, and 1615 will be completely inaccessible and have an obstructed view. • Activities: Construction work will occur daily from 8AM to 6PM, Monday through Friday. Phase 2: Extended Construction Impact • Dates: November 25, 2024, to March 28, 2025 • Newly Affected Units: Additional units affected during this period include 507, 1507, 1907, 2011, 1512, 1912, 1517, and 1817 which will also experience inaccessible balconies and obstructed views. Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 1 vehicle. Settle in for a fun and sun-filled vacation at this luxurious high-rise condo, located directly on the Gulf of Mexico at the Shores of Panama Resort. The beachside pool will be closed for repairs until February 21st, 2025. The hot tubs on the beachside pool deck, in addition to the indoor pool and hot tub will be available for guest use. Guests will receive a rental agreement, which must be signed and returned directly to the property prior to arrival. If the agreement is not received, the guest should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation. Please note that only registered guests are allowed at the property. Guests shall abide by the property's policy. Quiet hours are from 22:00 to 8:00. Guests must be 25 years or older to check in without a parent or official guardian.
