Ultra clean unit with wood floors, full kitchen with everything you would need to make your own food. Washer and dryer great for longer stays! Bedroom with King sized bed and ample storage space separate from the living area with its own fold down bed. Flat panel TV in living area connected to streaming services and cable TV. DVD player, USB cord for gaming. Bedroom has separate flat panel tv with just streaming services.
Host is an established 5 year Air-Bnb Superhost with stellar reviews. Condo is in great location close to everything! Kroger across the street, 2 brew pubs within a 5 minute walk, numerous other bars and the restaurants of the Short North all in walking distance. Walk to OSU football stadium and other events. Convention Center about 1 mile away and walkable on a nice day. My favorite place for a beer nearby is North High Brewing Co. Best places nearby for happy hour food is Condado Gourmet Tacos and Goody Boy Diner. For breakfast First Watch and Panera are a 10 minute walk. Numerous fast food places also within a 10 minute walk going towards OSU campus.
Host is a Columbus native and live in the area. Can provide as much or little information on places to go and see as you wish! Full respect of your privacy, most guests check in and depart on own with full instructions provided prior to arrival for getting into the flat, access to WiFi, and parking passes left in unit.
