IMPORTANT NOTES BEFORE BOOKING: ** Reserving guests must be a minimum of 23 years of age and require the endorsement of our Guest Rental Agreement before dispensing house keys. ID is required at check-in.** **This vacation property is currently for sale and could be sold at any time. Please reserve accordingly.** ** Effective October 1st, 2022, and until further notice, the Snowline community recreational amenities (including the swimming pool, clubhouse, tennis courts, etc.) are no longer available for Guest use. Please do not attempt to use them, as doing so will be subject to community fines for which our Guests are responsible. Snowline Cabin #10 - Log Cabining At Its Best. Free WI-FI!! This 2-story, 2+ bedroom, 3/4-bath quintessential log home is located directly across from the summer recreation area in the Snowline community and says "cabin in the mountains!". The 1st floor features an open floor plan country-style kitchen and living/dining area with a freestanding gas fireplace, a 3/4-bath, and a separate laundry area with a stack washer/dryer. The 2nd floor features one large bedroom with 2-queen size beds and a nice walk-out balcony. A second divided sleeping area features 1-set of bunk beds on each side of the divider..... great for the kids! This wi-fi equipped and monitored family vacation property will sleep up to 8 persons (ENFORCED Maximum Occupancy!). Wi-Fi / NO Pets / NO Hot Tub / NO Smoking Mountain Adventures/Romantic Getaway OTHER IMPORTANT NOTES: **Wi-Fi service is now available in our area and provided FREE OF CHARGE for Guest use. Having said this, the service is currently subject to failure, as the service provider is dialing everything in. Intermittent service failures are a circumstance that is beyond our control, and no sleeping accommodation refunds are provided if the FREE Wi-Fi SERVICE fails to function correctly. **This cabin is a monitored family vacation home, not a party house.
