Quiet mountain neighborhood located .2 miles outside the town of idaho springs on soda creek road. This location gives you the feel of being in the middle of the woods when you are super close to idaho springs, denver, and multiple ski mountains. Nearby attractions (i70 is less than a 5 minute drive away) - town of idaho springs 1 minute drive - indian hot springs 1 minute drive - red rocks ampitheatre 25 minute drive - golden 30 minutes - citifield 40 minutes - city of denver 40 minutes - loveland ski area 30 minutes - arapahoe basin 40 minutes - breckenridge 1 hour - boulder 1 hour - vail 1 hour and 10 minutes - rocky mountain national park 1 hour 27 minutes About 4 parking spots at the top of the driveway along with multiple at the bottom. Immediatley when you turn onto the driveway there is a lot to your right that can be used for parking during inclimate weather in the winter months.
