NEW FOR 2025: A new washer, dryer, fridge, tile floors in the dining room and kitchen, and a completely renovated top-floor bathroom!!! Sound FX is a four-bedroom, three-bath, sound-front home in Avon. The private dock and two-tier deck help to highlight the best sunset views while enjoying the soothing small splash sounds that come from the waters just below. The first floor is home to the kitchen, a study, a double-sized bedroom, a living room with a large flatscreen TV, and a dining room. With plenty of windows inside and out, you will never feel too far from the water. Upstairs you will find the remaining bedrooms that include a primary king-sized bedroom suite with a small lounging space and private TV, a separate large king-sized bedroom, and a third queen-sized bedroom. Enjoy outdoor dining on the deck or practice any number of watersports on the sound. Whether you're here for kayaking, standup paddleboarding, or kitesurfing, or you just want to drop a line and go fishing, there is something for everyone at Sound FX. This property is managed by Vacasa North Carolina LLC. Things to Know Guests have access to the Club Hatteras Pool Facility. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices -not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors! Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
