Property information

Located in a quiet neighborhood on the canal off Cotton Bayou, this spacious Bayfront home is chock-full of comfy and unique features! The large living room features cathedral ceilings, a fireplace, and large flat screen tv. The kitchen is fully stocked with all cooking essentials and the dining room has a table and chairs for 6 guests and the kitchen bar seats an additional 10. A spiral staircase in the living room leads to a bonus loft that doubles as an office and additional bedroom. A game room and additional living area are located downstairs and contain tv, foosball, ping pong, and an assortment of board games. The master suite has a king bed, flat-screen tv, balcony access, and a private ensuite that features double sinks, jetted tub, and walk-in shower with dual showerheads. Each guest room features a comfy bed, flat-screen tv, and ample storage. Two full guest bathrooms are conveniently located upstairs and downstairs for easy access and offer shower/tub combos.   The outside of this home offers just as much if not more than the inside! A private pool, covered boat dock, two boat slips, fishing pier, cleaning station, and of course ample outdoor seating for relaxing.
